If doctor said allergy really cannot been cured,
so, it exactly,totally cannot been cured.

At the moment,
i thought my eyes wont allergy again..
cause already one month,
the symptom disappear.
But,
i was wrong.
It will never stop or even disappear.

In my long journey life,
cannot escape from this allery disease.
Whatever...
it is still with me.

Everyday,
i pray,
just pray for my eyes.
I believe there is a miracle.
If one day,
i can need not to buy a lot of eyes drop
to release my pain and itchy eyes,
and
Those feeling (suffer)totally disappear.
Will this dream may come true?
Who can answer me?

Everytime,
i cry silently in my room,
with the door locked.
None of you can understand my feeling,my suffer.

在生活中难免有许多的事情要我们做选择。

有两件事要我在同一天同时间做
那就是
第一，学生团契的唱歌(choir)比赛
第二，camp tenaga muda(9天)
两样都是代表学校。
前一件事虽然我不是唱歌的人，
但我是重要的司琴。
没有我，他们怎能唱歌呢？
后一件是难得有机会去的camp
而且学校要我的班整班去

我最后做了决定。
我去参加camp.
比赛的，我找了我哥代替我。
也不算是代替了。是换人。
我的心是很想去比赛的，
但我也想去camp啊.

如果生活没有了依靠

如果生命中没有了依靠，
那。。会是怎样的？

虽然只是短短几小时没戴眼镜，
可是如果没有它，我还能做什么？
眼前只有一片白茫茫的，
什么也看不清楚。
它是我唯一的依靠。
我的一生不能没有它。
从8/9岁开始，
做任何一件事都要依靠它。

虽然现在的医术高明，
可以做LASIK 或 LASER,
这些毕竟有副作用，是不好的。
近视是不可能会好的。
左眼和右眼的度数加起来整整有1300
左眼500度，右眼850度
这样的号码也等于一半的盲人。

Swimming

我本人是很喜欢游泳
但是又不喜欢晒到太阳..
所以只会在太阳还没起来或下山了才去游泳。
以前，我总是不敢到深的地方游泳。
因为我对深的地方有恐惧感。。
是有一段故事的。。
没记错的话，是发生在我幼稚园的时候。
那一段的童年，我们一家人常到乡下探望老辈。
在乡下有小小的湖。
外公外婆的湖，我上小学才下水游。
婆婆哪里不算是湖，是属于sesco的吧。
隔墙是很大很大的人造湖，用途是水力充电。
大湖在高处，小池在低处。就像小瀑布。
我们就在小池戏水。
我哥有一次把我的头压在水里不放。
我差点透不过气，幸好他有放手。
不然，。。。。。。。
就因为这样，只要我还不会游泳的正确姿势，
我是不会到深处游泳。
因为我脑袋想着的是，万一我累了沉下去，
那我不就会......

想了很久。。。
我决定去打hepatits B疫苗。
只有爸和哥知道。。
我没告诉妈。。只是有暗示她。。
但她还是不知道。
不是我不要告诉她，
在我暗示她的时候，她又唠叨了。
说的都是带有不赞同打疫苗。
她认为自己本身出antibody就好。
如果我本身会自己会出antibody的话，
也不用检查3年都显示没有antibody了。
人家说‘预防胜于治疗’
不说这个了。。
说说我今天的经验。

当然，我开门进去lo。
走到医生面前说明来意。‘我要打hepatitis B’

我只好拿出验血报告(去年的)。
‘早就应该拿出来lo'他回应我。
看完那张报告，他到后面的房间拿东西。
坐在椅子等啊等.。一分钟过了。。
他拿了针筒，一瓶液体和handiplast走到我面前。
说着：‘会有点痛噢’
他按了我的手，涂消毒药吧。。
一针，用了他全身的力气插在手臂上。。
wao...一个大男人，这么粗鲁。。
护士小姐比你温柔多了。哈哈。。
不怪你啦，谁叫你是男人。lo。.
过后，他在卡上写了第2和3疫苗的日期。
我就走出去了。

我当然不是那种打完针不还钱的人。
在小走廊等了大楷3分钟吧。
因为有两个人在哪里拿了药还问那么多的问题.
这就叫不耻下问。。。。哈哈
轮到我了。。从钱包里拿了一张RM50。
她找回我RM10。。so,总共多少呢。。
这么容易的数学题小学生都会。
我花了RM40。
她还给了我一张小卡片。
上面写着第2和3的疫苗日期。
第2疫苗是在27/8/2007
第3疫苗是在27/1/2008

a nice movie..
I like it...and enjoying myself.
This was my 1st time watching movie in theatre with my friends.
A nice experience..at King's Theatre.
The movie started at 7pm.
we sat in the middle...
had a very clear screen and sound effect

我当然应 :''会呀''
他说:''家务做那么少,会不会煮饭洗衣服?''
我当然又应: ''会呀''
''那么你会煮什么?''他问
''当然只煮我会吃的食物啦,
我只吃的那5样菜(我一一讲给他听)''
''那鸡汤或某某汤会煮吗?''他想刁难我..hehe
我说:"在外面煮一大锅的汤,谁喝完呀.''

妈也曾讲:''在家的时候,我煮饭菜你都不来看,也不来帮忙,出去念书的时候谁会煮饭给你呀.''
我开玩笑地应她:"去外面吃啦."
哪知她当真,回应我:"外面食物不健康又贵....你如果只靠roomate,没有人会要跟你一起住.''

惨了。。。
胸痛已开始影响我的睡眠。
大白天痛的话，我还能忍
以前，我要睡8到10个小时都能
可是现在，
最多到6到7个小时就被胸痛而醒
好想再睡。。。
但是，胸口不舒服就是不能再睡

已经有好几个月没有睡好
真的很想便成故事中的睡美人
我只求--胸口不要痛了好不好？

我想，就在此停笔。。
现在，胸口感到非常不舒服。。

After confirmed,i driving my car to pathlab.

Look through all result,
some showed high, some showed low.

for sure, very high
higher than last year...

Just coming back from pathlab

i was thinking that
my chest pain may be caused by
high cholesterol.. ????

last year,
my blood test result
showed that my cholesterol
was a bit high
especially LDL cholesterol.
Normally,
level of LDL cholesterol
cannot more than 100
But,
mine LDL showed 153..

Moreover,
i saw a health newspaper yesterday.
It said if LDL cholesterol level more than 160,
the risk to have heart attack is very high.

So,
i decided to go to pathlab
have my blood test..
I cannot just let my chest pain..
I need to know the reason..

having free ECG check this afternoon
The result show my heart is normal
but
i still didn't understand
why my chest still in pain...
for many years..
it's about more than 2 years..

is uncomfortable
just like got pressure in inner chest,
hard to breath
(feel like want to seek more oxygen)
and
pain will increase till to shoulder.

While pinkeye can sometimes be alarming because it may make the eyes extremely red and can spread rapidly, it's a fairly common condition and usually causes no long-term eye or vision damage. But if your child shows symptoms of pinkeye, it's important to see a doctor. Some kinds of pinkeye go away on their own, but other types require treatment.
Conjunctivitis can be caused by infections (such as bacteria and viruses), allergies, or substances that irritate the eyes.

Causes of Pinkeye
Pinkeye can be caused by many of the bacteria and viruses responsible for colds and other infections, — including ear infections, sinus infections, and sore throats — and by the same types of bacteria that cause the sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) chlamydia and gonorrhea.
Pinkeye also can be caused by allergies. These cases tend to happen more frequently among kids who also have other allergic conditions, such as hay fever. Some triggers of allergic conjunctivitis include grass, ragweed pollen, animal dander, and dust mites.
Sometimes a substance in the environment can irritate the eyes and cause pinkeye; for example, chemicals (such as chlorine and soaps) and air pollutants (such as smoke and fumes).

Pinkeye in Newborns
Newborns are particularly susceptible to pinkeye and can be more prone to serious health complications if it goes untreated.
If a baby is born to a mother who has an STD, during delivery the bacteria or virus can pass from the birth canal into the baby's eyes, causing pinkeye. To prevent this, doctors give antibiotic ointment or eye drops to all babies immediately after birth. Occasionally, this preventive treatment causes a mild chemical conjunctivitis, which typically clears up on its own. Doctors also can screen pregnant women for STDs and treat them during pregnancy to prevent transmission of the infection to the baby.
Many babies are born with a narrow or blocked tear duct, a condition which usually clears up on its own. Sometimes, though, it can lead to conjunctivitis

Symptoms of Conjunctivitis

The different types of pinkeye can have different symptoms. And symptoms can vary from child to child.
One of the most common symptoms is discomfort in the eye. A child may say that it feels like there's sand in the eye. Many kids have redness of the eye and inner eyelid, which is why conjunctivitis is often called pinkeye. It can also cause discharge from the eyes, which may cause the eyelids to stick together when the child awakens in the morning. Some kids have swollen eyelids or sensitivity to bright light.
In cases of allergic conjunctivitis, itchiness and tearing are common symptoms.

Contagiousness
Cases of pinkeye that are caused by bacteria and viruses are contagious. (Conjunctivitis caused by allergies or environmental irritants are not.)
A child can get pinkeye by touching an infected person or something an infected person has touched, such as a used tissue. In the summertime, pinkeye can spread when kids swim in contaminated water or share contaminated towels. It also can be spread through coughing and sneezing. Doctors usually recommend keeping kids diagnosed with contagious conjunctivitis out of school, day care, or summer camp for a short time.
Someone who has pinkeye in one eye can also inadvertently spread it to the other eye by touching the infected eye, then touching the other one.

Preventing Pinkeye
To prevent pinkeye caused by infections, teach kids to wash their hands often with warm water and soap. They also should not share eye drops, tissues, eye makeup, washcloths, towels, or pillowcases with other people.
Be sure to wash your own hands thoroughly after touching an infected child's eyes, and throw away items like gauze or cotton balls after they've been used. Wash towels and other linens that the child has used in hot water separately from the rest of the family's laundry to avoid contamination.
If you know your child is prone to allergic conjunctivitis, keep windows and doors closed on days when the pollen is heavy, and dust and vacuum frequently to limit allergy triggers in the home. Irritant conjunctivitis can only be prevented by avoiding the irritating causes.
Many cases of pinkeye in newborns can be prevented by screening and treating pregnant women for STDs. A pregnant woman may have bacteria in her birth canal even if she shows no symptoms, which is why prenatal screening is important.
Treating Pinkeye
Pinkeye caused by a virus usually goes away on its own without any treatment. If a doctor suspects that the pinkeye has been caused by a bacterial infection, antibiotic eye drops or ointment will be prescribed.
Sometimes it can be a challenge to get kids to tolerate eye drops several times a day. If you're having trouble, put the drops on the inner corner of your child's closed eye — when the child opens the eye, the medicine will flow into it. If you continue to have trouble with drops, ask the doctor about antibiotic ointment. It can be applied in a thin layer where the eyelids meet, and will melt and enter the eye.
If your child has allergic conjunctivitis, your doctor may prescribe anti-allergy medication, which comes in the form of pills, liquid, or eye drops.
Cool or warm compresses and acetaminophen or ibuprofen may make a child with pinkeye feel more comfortable. You can clean the edges of the infected eye carefully with warm water and gauze or cotton balls. This can also remove the crusts of dried discharge that may cause the eyelids to stick together first thing in the morning.
When to Call the Doctor
If you think your child has pinkeye, it's important to contact your doctor to try to determine what's causing it and how to treat it. Other serious eye conditions can mimic conjunctivitis, so a child who complains of severe pain, changes in eyesight, or sensitivity to light should be reexamined. If the pinkeye does not improve after 2 to 3 days of treatment, or after a week when left untreated, call your doctor.
If your child has pinkeye and starts to develop increased swelling, redness, and tenderness in the eyelids and around the eye, along with a fever, call your doctor. Those symptoms may mean the infection has started to spread beyond the conjunctiva and will require additional treatment.

今天,他来了sibu.
我又要花钱了.

本来我想问他
我眼睛到底对什么敏感.
可后来....我又忘了问.
haiz.........

拿了两瓶药水
花了不少钱

21th dec - 22th dec

This was my second times
went to Mukah.
Last time, we only stay at Mukah
for a few hours.
But This time,
we staying at Mukah for 1 night.
we booking Kingwood Mukah Resort.
Although it was boring while in the journey,
but i had a wonderful time with my family.
i also enjoy swimming in resort.
The resort is locate beside the sea.
so, the scenery is quite ok.
The sea is not very clean
because the colour of the sea is brown.
Hoping the manager will clean it.
I hope to see the blue sea next time.

如果当初12月8日去看Dr.Tiong,

以为已经好多了﹐

以前都是由妈妈剪我的头发。(17年了)
当我要求妈妈带我去理发店理发的时候，
我不知道这个要求会伤她的心吗。
我心里有这种感觉。

剪一次就花了RM16。
可能是要新年了，起价了吧。
妈说她去那里剪是RM10。

My CT scan result (Brain)

After sch, i went to sarawak specialist centre for seeing my doctor.
Today, Dr. Tiong(eyes specialist from kuching) come to sibu.
My purpose to see him is to get my CT scan(Brain)result
and some eyes drops.
(For knowing why i did CT scan, research more detail at
20 and 23 september)
There were many patient waiting, me too.
From 12pm wait till 2pm.
'Wait' make me tired.
Finally, 2.30pm, my turn.

Kuching(Half day)

I went to kuching this morning.
7.25am flight.(MAS)
Just had to go to see Dr. Tiong(eyes specialist)
Because what had happened on 20 september,
bring me to see him.
This was my 1st time walked into his clinic.
Wow,so many nurse(his helper).
1,2,3,4,5...... i think have 7 helpers.
I reached there about 8am.
when i reached, there was not many ppl.
But after 5 minutes, the whole clinic was full of ppl.
From 8 am wait till 9am.
Finally, my turn.
Wow...... many machines inside the rooms.

After having diagnosis
dortor said
my both eyes are normal..
but
better go to scan my brain..
see whether got tumor o not..
he adviced me not to eat 1st before have my CT scan
coz i might feel vomit if given injection

Then,
dortor ask his helper
to bring my father and i go to
DIANOSTIC IMAGING DEPARTMENT
(just beside his clinic----timberland medical centre)

i had to wait again
coz many ppl were waiting too

After a few minute,
a nurse ask me to go inside a room.
she was giving me an injection

今天,在我眼里的世界不一样了

一切都是由下午开始.......
如往常,我习惯下午睡觉.
但是,只是睡半个钟头,
因为明天还有考试(second trial)

睡着....zzz....睡着.....zzz
突然,
我醒了.
虽然还有睡意,但为了明天的biologi考试,
我还是起来读书.

奇怪.....
为什么书里的字没一个看得清楚
不管是戴着眼镜或是脱掉眼镜,
不管是近近地看或是远远地看,
就是没有一个字是看得到的.
心里开始着急......

我的右眼睛怎么了?
我不知道要如何跟妈妈说.
过了十五分钟,
情况还是没改变,
所以我决定跟妈说.

说出来,
看她的表情
好像是说没什么事似的.
还叫我不要打捞她睡觉.
心里更是着急...

半个小时过了,
还是没什么变化...
她才带我去看医生.
但是,又不知道要看什么医生.
刚好我哥生病也要看医生,
我就看他的医生(Dr.fan).

医生问了我的病情
帮我量了血压.
血压显示正常.120/72
他就写了一封便条
要我去看Dr.kang(sibu唯一的女eyes specialist)
看看是否有视网膜脱落

妈妈就开车载我到那诊所.

Dr.kang 帮我做了检查
告诉我
视网膜没有脱落
只是
我左眼睛的神经线变白了.
她说正常人的神经线是粉红色的.
还说为了安全起见,要我去照CT Scan
怕有生东西或者是有东西挡主了视线.

想起都会害怕..
